DNA History
- The Clash of the Clubs in Leiria will be Sporting Clube de Portugal’s second appearance at the DNA U20 Clubs as in 2024 it was one of the first two Portuguese clubs to take part in the competition, placing 5th in the A Final.
- Prior to that, many of the club’s athletes had already participated in a domestic DNA event that was held to select the country’s representatives. Before last year’s Clash the team leadership held an online workshop to discuss the DNA format’s special competition rules, scoring system and the club’s team tactics.
